Heated El Classico ends in a 2-2 draw

Gareth Bale scored a thunderbolt as the El Classico ended in a draw.

Barca were down to ten men after Roberto was sent off late in the first half.

It was Roberto who earlier had provided the cross to Suarez that led to Barca’s first goal early in the first half.

Barca’s couldn’t hold on to the one goal advantage for long as Ronaldo scored the equalizer for the Los Blancos.

Ronaldo was then substituted in the beginning of the second half with concerns over an ankle sprain while scoring the first goal.

It was then the 10 men Barcelona who dominated the game in the initial moments of the second half.

Lionel Messi fired in a beautiful shot from a Luis Suarez pass as Barcelona took the lead with 10 men on the pitch.

Gareth Bale scored a beautiful goal to level the match. Bale though was lucky to play the whole game, despite a below average performance, going by his standards.

The draw was like a win to Barcelona as they look to end the season without a defeat.

Barcelona have already won the league and might be the first team in the modern Spanish League era to win the league title without any defeat.

They have two matches remaining, one against Villareal and the other against Real Soceidad.
