Shares of Idea Cellular BSE -0.41% (0.22 crore), Ashok Leyland BSE 1.75% (0.30 crore), DLF BSE 0.19% (0.56 crore),  SBI (0.18 crore), PNB BSE -0.32% (0.20 crore), SAIL BSE 3.81% (0.13 crore), Tata Power BSE 1.38% (0.14 crore),  Hindalco Industries BSE 2.26% (0.10 crore), Vedanta BSE 3.50% Ltd (0.10 crore) and ONGC BSE 1.95% (0.13 crore), were among the most traded securities in the early trade on the National Stock Exchange in Monday ’s session.

The NSE Nifty index was trading 32.6 points down at 10357.1, while BSE Sensex was down 89.4 points at 33589.84 around 09:44AM (IST).

In the Nifty index, UPL Ltd. (up 1.27%), Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (up 1.38%),  Tech Mahindra (up 0.67%), Aurobindo Pharma (up 0.83%),  Lupin Ltd (up 0.48%), Larsen & Toubro (up 0.49%),  Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (up 0.45%), Vedanta Ltd. (up 0.47%), Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories (up 0.30%) and ICICI Bank Ltd (up 0.32%) were among top gainers.

In the Nifty index, Indian Oil Corporation (down 1.38%), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation BSE (down 1.72%),  Bharat Petroleum Corporation (down 1.15%), Infosys (down 1.02%) and Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone (down 1.20%), were among top losers in the index.
