CEO of Tesla Elon Musk is confronting legal action in the midst of allegations over the business practices of his company.

A former employee that Tesla blamed for sabotage has hit back with his own lawsuit blaming it for “dangerous and wasteful” conduct.

Every claim in the lawsuit have been denied by Tesla.

Martin Tripp, a former technician at Tesla’s Nevada production line, was accused of hacking into Tesla’s systems and passing secret data to third parties. Tesla filled a lawsuit against Mr.Tripp in June.

Presently Mr. Tripp is suing Mr. Musk for invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation and is seeking for at least $1 million in compensation.

Mr. Tripp even now maintains that he was a whistleblower who spilled data to the Business Insider site on account of security and environmental issues.

Like the original lawsuit, the counter-claim have been filled in the Federal Court in Nevada.

Mr. Tripp in the lawsuit says he acted as a result of Tesla’s “high levels of waste and scrap”, and additionally what he called “unnerving, dangerous and wasteful business practices”.

He additionally blames Mr. Musk for falsely implying in a tweet that he was bribed the Business Insider website.
