Pepsi (PEP) is venturing up its push to beat Coca-Cola (KO) with a line of starting water known as bubly.
The eight flavors reported Thursday are grapefruit, lime, lemon, strawberry, apple, cherry, orange and mango, and Pepsi is rendering them as grapefruitbubly, limebubly, lemonbubly, strawberrybubly, applebubly, cherrybubly, orangebubly and mangobubly.
The organization is normal on Feb. 13 to report balanced final quarter income per offer of $1.31, as per 19 examiners surveyed by Thomson Reuters. It announced EPS of $1.20 amid a similar quarter a year sooner.
Pepsi and its long-lasting adversary Coca-Cola have been battling with declining utilization of colas for water. Pepsi said its new products are made without artificial sweeteners or flavors and have zero calories.
A year ago Coca-Cola said it had included sparkling forms of its Dasani and smartwater brands.
Pepsi’s stock was down 1.1% to $112.28 at 2:20 p.m. ET Thursday, while Coca-Cola was down 1.5%, after the more extensive market.
